Building Confidence

Do you know how when you hit a certain age, you begin noticing changes in your physique and physical abilities? What I do is provide diet and movement solutions so that you can feel confident again in your aging body.

The Story

Jakob Roze began his practice in New York City as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Wilhelmina Fitness Model. He primarily trained athletes but soon found it much more rewarding to work with middle-aged individuals who wanted to improve their health and fitness.

Jakob built a reputation for being the go-to coach for individuals facing age-related changes to their health, physique, and physical abilities. He helps his clients reclaim their health through comprehensive diet, exercise, and lifestyle modification.

In 2020 he moved to the Hudson Valley, where he now provides in-home personal training services to members of the community looking to reach their health and fitness goals. He also has a roster of clients that he coaches remotely.

Challenging the archetype of transactional fitness, his bespoke practice centers around empathy and close involvement with each of his clients. He calls upon a wealth of scientific knowledge and prescribes appropriate diet & exercise strategies for each individual’s needs.

Jakob also satisfies his love for helping others by publishing weekly articles and videos. His content centers around simple strategies for improving health & increasing longevity.
