  • Priority scheduling with guaranteed weekly session times
  • Coordination with private staff — chefs, assistants, or household managers — to integrate seamlessly into your routine
  • Liaise with your medical team or wellness providers for full-circle alignment
  • Access to a trusted network of trusted local wellness professionals (massage therapists, recovery specialists, nutritionists, etc)
  • Professional discretion at all times

Weekend Retainer Option

Reserved for a select group of seasonal clients and weekenders committed to maintaining peak wellness while upstate.

Your private weekend engagement includes:

 

  • Guaranteed priority access for two (60-minute) in-home/on-site sessions across your weekend stay (Saturday-Sunday)
  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your weekend plans, events, or travel
  • Bespoke training designed around your goals and lifestyle
  • Option for friends or family to join select sessions (up to 4 participants)
  • Ongoing program design and progress tracking between weekends
  • Coordination with private staff — chefs, assistants, or household managers — to integrate seamlessly into your weekend routine
  • Liaise with your medical team or wellness providers for full-circle alignment
  • Access to a trusted network of local professionals (massage therapists, recovery specialists, nutritionists, etc)
  • Concierge-level service and discretion at all times
