Jakob offers a variety of remote coaching options. His coaching centers around combatting age-related changes to body composition and metabolic health.
He will prescribe you a tailored diet & exercise program and coach you each step of the way.
A high quality standard of coaching is Jakob’s primary ethos and as a result, limited coaching spots are available. Unlike other online coaching services, Jakob keeps a small roster of clients and maintains close contact with them throughout their coaching process.

Metabolic Overhaul
The focus of this option is to improve your body composition (lean muscle tissue & body fat percentage) and metabolic biomarkers such as blood sugar, blood pressure, and blood lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides).

Adipose anNIhilation
This option is for individuals looking to improve their body composition by reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass + bone mineral density.

Customized derivations
If you are interested in improving your health and fitness in an aspect that was not mentioned in the two aforementioned core options, he provides a fully customizable option that is predicated on your specific area of interest.
