Fuel Up at Hash

After you had your morning workout, fuel up with a post workout meal at Hash right down the street. 

They have an incredible selection of breakfast foods that won’t disappoint!

My personal favorite is ‘the hash 209’ which has two eggs, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, dried tomato, house made sausage, and two pieces of bread.

A decadent choice that is perfect for your post workout cravings.

They also have lighter options as well like avocado toast and fresh pressed juices.

The Roost 

The Roost is another great local breakfast/brunch spot which is right across from Ridgewell Fitness.

Their Shakshuka is to die for and the french toast with local maple syrup is always on point!

They also have incredible Chicken & Waffles.

You can’t go wrong with any of their offerings!
